Keyarika Diggles is back in jail again after police say she used a stolen credit card to pay the court fines on her latest criminal charges.

The 26-year-old Jasper woman made national news in 2013 after an incident in the Jasper City Jail, in which she later received a $75,000.00 out of court settlement from the City of Jasper, while two police officers and a 911 dispatcher lost their careers.

According to Officer Lawson Dry of the Jasper Police Department, the latest crime occurred in July when Diggles called the City of Jasper Municipal Court, and used the stolen credit card to pay her fines.

Dry said a few days later, the victim discovered that money had been taken off of her card, so she filed a police report. According to Dry, he began investigating the card transactions and discovered what it had been used for.

This is Diggles' fifth arrest this year on a total of twelve criminal charges, which included three arrests in May alone, and she's been under grand jury indictment since March on a felony charge of forgery of a financial instrument.

In one of her arrests, Diggles was accused of stealing baby formula from the Jasper WalMart, and in another arrest Diggles was accused of writing a check on a closed bank account to Stewart Glass Company when they replaced her car windshield after her boyfriend allegedly busted it out.

In her latest arrest, Diggles has been charged with credit or debit card abuse, and she had two warrants for capias pro-fine, meaning that she failed to follow orders from the court. Her bond was set at a total of $6,499.00 by Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronnie Billingsley.

However, Diggles also has two City of Jasper warrants for driving with no driver's license, and she'll be transferred to the Jasper City Jail once she has finished her business at the Jasper County Jail.
