Severe weather causes damage in Southeast Texas
Heavy storms ripped through Southeast Texas last night leaving scattered damage throughout the Golden Triangle.
Entergy says some of the hardest hit areas were Orange County and Hardin County, but most of the power has been restored.
No major problems were reported, but many Southeast Texans were left with frustations of power outages and fallen trees.
In many cases, clean-up was quick credited to the experience that area emergency crews have with post-storm cleanup.
People we spoke with were happy damages weren't too serious.
Entergy representatives tell Fox News that the peak of the storm happened around 7:30 last night, leaving more than 25 thousand customers without power.
Entergy wants to remind the public if you're still without power, please call the company for help.
